ADMISSION GUIDELINES
  • SUBMIT THE ADMISSION APPLICATION
    A complete set of application documents must be submitted, including:

    • Student Application Form
    • Certificate and Transcripts (if applicable)
    • NRIC / Passport of Parent / Guardian
    • NRIC / Passport / Birth Certificate of Student
    • Medical History Record (if any)

    Applications are recommended to be submitted at least 2 months in advance to allow sufficient processing time.
  • COMPLETE APPLICATION FEE PAYMENT & RECEIVE THE LETTER OF OFFER
    A non-refundable and non-transferable application fee of S$528 is payable upon submission of the application and supporting documents.

    After reviewing the entrance assessment results (if applicable) and application documents, the school will issue an official Letter of Offer.
  • SUBMIT STUDENT'S PASS SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS
    Submission of all necessary supporting documents is required for the ICA Student's Pass application.

    All non-English documents must be officially translated and notarised.
  • ICA STUDENT’S PASS PROCESSING
    The school will assist students in submitting the Student’s Pass application to the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) of Singapore.

    Processing usually takes approximately 2 to 4 weeks. Upon approval, ICA will issue an In-Principle Approval (IPA) Letter
  • SIGN THE STUDENT CONTRACT AND PAY THE INITIAL TUITION FEE
    Upon receiving the IPA Letter, the school's Standard PEI Student Contract and Student Advisory Note (Form 12) must be signed. For students below 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian will be required to sign in place of the student.

    After the contract is signed, payment of the first instalment of the course tuition fee is required in accordance with the Student Contract to commence enrolment.
  • ARRIVE IN SINGAPORE AND COMPLETE ENROLMENT FORMALITIES
    Students may enter Singapore using the IPA Letter and are advised to arrive at least 1 week in advance of starting date.

    Upon arrival, students are required to:
    • Submit original documents for verification
    • Complete school registration
    • Undergo a medical examination if applicable (estimated cost: S$45–S$120)
  • POST-ARRIVAL COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS
    Students are required to comply with all ICA Student's Pass regulations during their period of study in Singapore, including:

    • Maintaining satisfactory attendance (generally at least 90%)
    • Complying with the school's academic and attendance policies
    • Ensuring the Student's Pass remains valid throughout the course period
