The EduTrust Certification Scheme (EduTrust) is a quality assurance framework administered by the Skills and Workforce Development Agency (SWDA) for Private Education Institutions (PEIs) in Singapore. As the independent regulatory authority for the private education sector, SWDA oversees the EduTrust Certification Scheme to promote high standards in educational quality, institutional management, and student outcomes.

Nanyang International School protects students' course fees under the Fee Protection Scheme (FPS).

Under this scheme, students' course fees are protected through an insurance policy provided by an SWDA-appointed insurer. This helps safeguard fees paid by students in accordance with SWDA requirements.

Students may contact the school or the appointed insurer to verify their FPS coverage.

The admission process typically takes 2–4 weeks, depending on the completeness of the application and the processing time for the Student's Pass.

The general process is as follows:

• Submit your application and supporting documents.
• Complete an admission interview and/or entry assessment (if applicable).
• Receive the Letter of Offer from the School.
• Accept the offer and complete the enrolment procedures.
• The School will assist with your Student's Pass application.

Student's Pass processing generally takes 2–4 weeks, subject to approval by the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA). To ensure sufficient processing time, we recommend applying at least 6–8 weeks before the intended course commencement date.

Yes. Students may enter Singapore as a visitor, provided they meet Singapore's immigration requirements. Depending on the student's nationality, a Singapore entry visa may be required before travel.

Alternatively, students may choose to wait until they receive their In-Principle Approval (IPA) Letter before entering Singapore to complete the Student's Pass formalities.
